Medical Malpractice Settlement of $3,000,000 reached for the Wrongful Death of 35 year-old wife and mother of three.

Leesfield & Partners reached a settlement in a Medical Malpractice case which resulted in the untimely death of a mother of three minor daughters and a husband. This matter arose as a result of a failure to adequately and timely treat a pulmonary artery aneurysm which ruptured two weeks post-diagnosis. This settlement was reached after four years of litigation.
