Bernice Kraftcheck and her daughter, Danielle Haese, were passengers aboard Celebrity Cruise, Inc.’s Celebrity Eclipse which arranged for, selected, and otherwise joint ventured their parasailing excursion with the defendant, Caribbean Watersports & Tours, as part of the cruise.
