Ira H. Leesfield reached a $4.5 million settlement for the Estate of a 15-year old girl killed in a recreational vehicle accident. The identity of the parties to the settlement is confidential. The incident involved negligent entrustment of a recreational vehicle to a minor and the failure of the responsible parent to supervise the children.
