$27 Million Arbitration Award for Lee County Accident Victim
A Lee County woman has been awarded $27 million in arbitration against the defendant who struck her as a pedestrian. Plaintiff sustained a severe closed head injury, multiple fractures and blunt force trauma injuries resulting in severe and permanent brain damage as well as permanent physical limitations. The arbitration award was entered on February 16, 2012 by a senior judge of the Miami-Dade County Circuit Court.
